Hiring process

The SummerPrep hiring process happens on a rolling basis, beginning in late fall until all positions are filled. 
SummerPrep staff are selected after a thorough and thoughtful process that includes:

Staff Application

Step 2:
Interview

We will reach out to schedule an interview with applicants who submitted a completed application and meet our criteria for available positions.

Step 3:
Personal/Professional reference checks

Applicants will be required to submit references from work and/or school who can attest to their qualifications and character.

Step 4:
State & National Criminal Background Checks

For adults (18+ years), we will conduct background checks, as well as the FBI fingerprint database, at no cost to you.
