This senior leadership role is responsible for achieving enrollment and net tuition revenue goals through thoughtful planning, data-informed decision-making, and compelling engagement with prospective and current families. The Director of Strategic Enrollment Management leads the Admission Department and serves as a member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team, partnering closely with academic, advancement, finance, and marketing colleagues to advance the school’s mission and long-term sustainability. Responsibilities & Duties Strategic Leadership and Enrollment Management Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year enrollment strategy focused on recruitment, yield, retention, and net tuition revenue. Strip, clean, buff, and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum, and shampoo carpets. Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, including buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees, for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, and furniture Additional duties as needed to maintain the 30-acre facilities Requirements 2 years of custodial experience, preferably in a school environment.
