Join master dancer and drummer Male’ Fainke for an exhilarating Afro Beat dance class that blends traditional West African movement with contemporary style and rhythm. SPECIALTY CAMP: African Dance and Drum Performance Class

Join Male’ Fainke and Lucy Kozikowski for an exciting week of African dance, drumming, and song culminating in a vibrant final performance. Students will learn traditional West African rhythms and movements, explore call-and-response singing, and prepare a costumed showcase that celebrates the energy and spirit of African performance traditions. This immersive experience brings together music, dance, and culture in a joyful expression of community and creativity.
