Theater Tech
Learn how to bring a theatrical production to life. Follow design plans to paint large-scale scenery and acquire faux-painting techniques. Explore prop-making using various sculptural materials and creative problem-solving skills. You never know what props a show might call for, so the materials we use can be anything under the sun! You’ll also have the opportunity to participate as crew for the SummerPrep Theater Main Stage Production to learn more about the behind-the-scenes activities that make up a theater production.
Grades: 6 - 10
Theater Session: A (June 1 - 12) and/or B (June 22 - July 10)
Two-period class; three-week class
