Description

Sandia Prep is seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim & Dive Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. This position will lead and oversee all aspects of a successful and competitive swimming & diving program. The ideal candidate is an inspirational leader who can develop athletes' skills, promote sportsmanship, and cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment.

The qualified applicant must have a New Mexico Activities Association (NMAA) license and experience coaching at the middle school and/or high school level. Interested candidates will be required to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
