Favorite Book Half Broke Horses by Jeannette Walls. I love this book because it is a memoir about the grittiness of the West and the incredible start to modern public education in the early 1900s. What's your secret skill or something people might be surprised to learn about you? I'm surprisingly good at geography and almost always have a correct inner compass no matter where I am and what environment I'm in. What do you enjoy most about Sandia Prep? I love the Prep community. I always feel welcomed and supported both when I was a student and now as a faculty member. I also love Prep’s hands on approach to education, something that I think helps the Outdoor Leadership Program be successful. Year Joined Prep 2021 BA
