As a Sandia Prep parent, you have access to Sandia Prep’s School Information Management System through the PrepNet Parent Portal. It is your one-stop for class assignments, invoices, report cards, and much more. You will also find your household profile and medical information there. Please review and update this information at your convenience. Your username and password will remain the same as last year, or for new parents, it will be what you set up during the Admission process.

If you need to discuss a schedule change, please contact Assistant Head of School for Middle School Susi Hochrein (middle school students) at shochrein@sandiaprep.org or Assistant Head of School for Upper School Cheryl McMillan (upper school students) at cmcmillan@sandiaprep.org.

The Sandia Preparatory School Parents Association (SPSPA) helps the school by planning and supervising events. As a parent or guardian of a Sandia Prep student, you automatically become a member of the Parents Association. Your involvement alongside other parents enhances our students' overall school experience. Volunteering time provides a rewarding connection to the Prep community. Families can pre-order student lunches using MyKidsSpending, Sandia Prep’s food service account provider. You can fund your child's lunch account online, add funds for use at the Prep Café, view account activity, request PDF statements, and even set up automatic funding.

Parents must pre-order lunch through MyKidsSpending by 8:30 a.m. to ensure that their student receives a Prep Café lunch. If there are any questions regarding lunch orders, please call Ann Dee Gonzales at 505.338.3025.

Setting Up Your MyKidsSpending Account

  • If your student does not have an account, please click here to access MyKidsSpending. Then, click the button that says "Create Account or Add Student.” You will be asked to provide a Student ID number. Student ID numbers will be emailed to families before the start of the school year.

  • If your student already has an account, please log in to mykidsspending.com to review your account balances and payment options.

  • Note: The MyKidsSpending system may tell you that the information cannot be verified at this time. MyKidsSpending, in some cases, requires 24 hours to connect you with your student's account. If you haven't received confirmation of your new account after 24 hours, or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at spsithelp@sandiaprep.org.
