532 recently launched "The Story Project," explained below by Sandia Prep Modern Launguages Chair and 532 editor George McJimsey.

532 The Story Project
I am pleased to present Part One of the third edition of 532, the journal of the faculty and staff of Sandia Prep. This edition is in audio format and consists of a single story told by Hope DeLaRue '00, one of our history teachers. Hope’s story, in which she tells us about her first car, is the first in a series. In the months to come, I plan to present other stories from our faculty and staff- stories that provide a lens through which we may better understand who we are at this moment in time.

When I asked Hope if she would participate in this project I provided few parameters. I asked only that she tell a story in which she played a role or that she tell the story of an event that influenced her life. She did the rest. I appreciate Hope’s willingness to share her story. It is one that I am sure you will enjoy.
