SummerPrep: Dare To Discover


Has your child dreamed of solving crimes, climbing a mountain or making his or her own movies? Every child dreams of adventure. This summer is the chance to make that possible, with more than 80 outdoor, academic, arts and sports classes for K-12 offered at SummerPrep 2010.

Exciting new classes this summer include:
This year, we are offering Come and Play With Me!, a new for children in grades K-3. Directed by Melissa Bentley, Manzano Day School’s early childhood professional, this program offers young children an opportunity to learn and develop through multi-sensory play.

Along with new course offerings, many tried and true favorites return, including: rockclimbing, musical theater (Jungle Book and Guys and Dolls, Jr.), guitar, digital filmmaking, clay, puppetmaking, dance, crimebusters science and space exploration, just to name a few. Plus, our classes are small and students receive personalized attention.

Extended Care
The regular day at SummerPrep is 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Before Care and After Care, which are available for an additional cost, are available between 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m
