Performing Arts Center
Sandia Prep's beautiful, new $5 million 23,000-square-foot Performing Arts Center was constructed to accommodate a growing performing arts program. The facility, which adjoins the existing Theater, opened in August 2009 at the start of the school year.
It features:
- Drama rehearsal space and classroom
- Digital imaging classroom
- Chorus rehearsal room
- Instrumental music classroom and practice rooms
- Dance studio
- Seven middle school classrooms
- Sandia Prep’s admission receiving area
- Admission staff offices
- Conference room
- Atrium/art gallery

Reserve a commemorative tile for just dollars a month
Sandia Prep is growing, and in Summer 2009 we opened our doors to a new $5.7 million Performing Arts Center. The campus addition includes spaces for drama, instrumental music, dance, chorus and digital communication along with an admission wing and middle school classrooms.
Show your support of this cornerstone building and reserve your tile for just:
• $1,000 – 6” x 6” Recognition Tile
• $300 – 4” x 4” Recognition Tile
The engraved, commemorative tiles are tax deductible and will be prominently displayed among the new performing arts classrooms on the ground floor of the new building. Tiles can be etched with:

- The name of an alumnus with his/her graduation year

Field House
To support Sandia Prep’s growing number of students who participate in competitive and recreational sports programs as well as requests from the community for use of our sports facilities, a new $5.1 million, 23,380-square-foot Field House was built to replace the School’s original gymnasium built in the 1950s. The Field House features:
- 850-seat gymnasium
- 85 parking spaces
- Training room suite
- Weight and conditioning area
- Home and visiting team locker rooms
- Coaching staff offices
- Officials’ office
- Large multipurpose classroom
- Trophy display wall
- Concessions room
- Uniform storage
